My goal is to inspire and motivate you by providing the personal attention you need to achieve your health, fitness and/or recreational sport goals. I will design a specialized program, track your progress, and celebrate your achievements! And I’ll be cheering you on along the way!
What I need from you:
- Your dedication and commitment to your scheduled day.
- Commitment to eating sensible, healthy meals along with eating required nutrition, and drinking a water/electrolyte drink during each workout.
- Perform each workout as instructed. No added workouts! Rest when instructed to do so.
- Heart rate monitor preferred to elevate your heart rate in the correct training zone, so your effort matches your goals.
